Laundry Valet always provides us great communication from start to finish everytime we use them. I really value that. Also my baby girl has eczema, and to my surprise, they were able to accommodate our special detergent request without any issues. Y'all have made loyal customers out of us.

I only sent a small load at first just to test them out, and I'm so glad I did. Everything came back clean and neatly folded. Now I am positive that they can handle all of my laundry. Im really grateful for this service and will definitely be using them each week (sometimes twice a week ) . Also, if I had to request anything, I hope they add bedding to their services! Again thank you!

Tried Laundry Valet for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. They picked up and dropped off right when they said they would, and everything came back clean, fresh, and folded nicely. Definitely made life easier. I'll be using them again.

Excellent laundry service! My clothes came back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. The customer service was friendly, professional, and the turnaround time was great. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
